A closed sampling system built on the square media bottle platform, equipped with a full set of caps and tubing for aseptic sample collection and liquid transfer without breaking the closed system.
Features
- Silicone tube, Luer connector, and other connection methods can be configured according to customer requirements
- Thermoplastic pipe diameter defaults to IN 1/8", OD 1/4"
- A variety of tubing brands are available, and the tube length and diameter can be customized according to requirements
- The bottle body is equipped with a complete set of caps and tubing, making the system easy to use
Specifications
- Two-port tubing configuration – Liquid pipeline: 60 cm, IN 1/8", OD 1/4" hot-melt tube; Gas pipeline: 0.22µm PTFE air filter; Inner pipeline: interconnected with the liquid pipeline, IN 3/16", OD 5/16" silicone tube.
- Three-port tubing configuration – Liquid pipeline 1: 60 cm, IN 1/8", OD 1/4" hot-melt pipe; Liquid line 2: 60 cm, IN 1/8", OD 1/4" hot-melt pipe; Gas line: 0.22µm PTFE air filter; Inside line: interconnected with liquid line 1, IN 1/8", OD 1/4" silicone tube.
