Features
- Surface coated with a special amphiphilic polymer that binds water molecules to form a hydration layer (“water wall”)
- Cells, proteins and bacteria are prevented from attaching, giving true ultra-low adhesion
- Enables suspension culture for 15+ days; measured cell-adhesion rate under 2% over 21 days of suspension culture
- Ideal for foetal spheres, blood spheres and other suspension-dependent cells
- Promotes formation of 3D spheroids and organoids, and provides anti-adhesion performance for strongly viscous cells
- Irradiation sterilized
